About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Online Reputation Management Executive to monitor brand presence across digital platforms, manage online reviews and conversations, and enhance client reputations. The role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to respond effectively in a fast-paced digital environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor brand mentions across social media, review sites, forums, and search platforms
  • Respond to customer reviews and online queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Track sentiment trends and identify potential reputation risks

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
  • Escalate critical issues and manage online crisis situations
  • Support strategy implementation to improve brand perception and ratings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment, ensuring continuous monitoring and timely response to critical reputation matters.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and tact
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, review sites, and monitoring tools
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask
