We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Social Listening Executive to monitor, analyze, and interpret online conversations across digital platforms. The role involves tracking brand mentions, identifying sentiment trends, and providing actionable insights to protect and enhance client reputations.

About the Role

Responsibilities

Monitor social media platforms, forums, blogs, and review sites for brand mentions and conversations.
Track sentiment analysis (positive, negative, neutral) and identify emerging trends or risks.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly listening reports with insights and recommendations.
Identify potential reputation threats and escalate critical issues in real time.
Analyze competitor activity and industry trends.

Requirements

Strong analytical and research skills
Understanding of social media platforms and digital ecosystems
Basic knowledge of ORM and online reputation management
Good written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Meltwater, Talkwalker, etc.) is a plus
